Topping the list:

- Rush Limbaugh
- George Will
- Thomas Friedman
- David Brooks
- Charles Krauthammer
- Glen Beck
- Frank Rich
- Andrew Sullivan
- Karl Rove
Lawyer and blogger Glenn Greenwald ranked at number 22.
I'm not sure these lists ever mean anything, but this one is as telling in its glaring omissions, love 'em or not - Markos Moulitsas, Michelle Malkin, Chris Matthews, Pat Buchanan and Joe Scarborough jump quickly to mind - as its inclusions.
