Should Defence Medical Examinations be Videotaped?

This Law Times article has a good discussion of the pros and cons of videotaping medical examinations of Plaintiffs in personal injury cases by defence-appointed doctors .

Given the horror stories we sometimes hear regarding these medical examinations, it seems to me like an idea whose time came quite a while ago.
