Wasn't Heather's dumping a jug of water over McCartney's lawyer an assault? I was amazed she could just get away with that -- it seems to have been intentional.
ReplyDeleteI scanned through the judge's ruling and was fascinated by the precise breakdown, to the penny, of what he would and wouldn't allow, based on his reading of the parties' arguments. Sort of scared me, too, though -- boy, I don't keep those kinds of records.
