The Acquittal Of Robert Baltovich

After the Crown declined to lead evidence in yeterday's re-trial of Robert Baltovich on charges arising from the June 19, 1990 killing of Elizabeth Bain, it took the jury virtually no time to acquit him.

Today, the Toronto Star asks the million dollar question: Did Paul Bernardo do it?

  1. Garry I have a question for you.

As you know Baltovich has asked for compensation. And from what I know to be the facts he should get it and comparable with Truscott.

    Heres my question.

Will the Gov't offer him enough compensation? And if they dont should he sue them and the police force?

The cops and Crown both witheld or forgot to give very important evidence at his first trial to his defense. And it was just barely post Stinchcomb. That screams of lawsuit. Then the tunnel vision and literally brainwashing of the laughable witnesses Marianne Perz, David Dibben, Nancoo .

Do we really live in a country that disregards original statments for bs made up ones?
