has power to order reinstatement of employment, restitution, monetary
compensation for wage loss, and damages for injury to dignity, feelings and
self-respect.
Under Ontario’s Human Rights Code, where discrimination
or harassment has been proven the Tribunal can award
significant remedies to employees.
