If your agreement was signed after your employment already started, it may not be enforceable.
If your job title or duties significantly changed since your agreement was signed, your employment contract may no longer be valid.
Get legal advise if your employment agreement has a temporary provision that limits your entitlements at the end of your employment.
Non-solicitation or non-competition provisions in your employment agreement may be enforceable.
