What is an Executor?
An Executor is the person who’s the
legal representative of your Estate.
After you die, your Executor is responsible
for taking all of the assets and properties that you own and distributing it to
your heirs.
If you’re thinking about who should be your Executor, you want to
name a person who is responsible, organized, a good communicator, and who keeps
their head in a difficult emotional situation, and if you can pick somebody who
lives in Ontario.
