"The Second Coming of Harriet Miers?” - U.S. Conservatives Suspicious of Bush A.G. Nominee

Think Progress reports on the rather cool reception that Michael Mukasey, George Bush's 'consensus' selection for Attorney General, has received from some U.S. conservatives.

Bush nominated Mukasey, a retired federal judge, yesterday as his replacement for former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.

Gonzales left office on September 14.
