The First Amendment: Tested Again?

Point of Law details an American litigant's specious request that a Court issue a gag order, specifically for the purpose of stifling media discussion of a pending civil case.

(Perhaps the Mark Steyn-huggers will soon be seen picketing outside the Denver Court House - or as they may soon be putting it, the Denver "Star Chamber" - for allowing such a request to be made)

My take - I guess the Denver court will just have to decide.

Now, there's an idea.
