Clinton should have not been teabagging next to the oval office, however, I think Ken Starr went overboard and was over zealous.
I remember watching the Clinton investigation and noticing that Ken Starr had more than a normal interest in the lurid details. It was embarrassing to see his enthusiasm.
I'm not sure people know the whole story about how dictatorial Starr was in the whole process. He ruined a lot of lives desperately trying to destroy Clinton. In the end all he could find, after spending millions and millions of dollars, was Clinton lying about sex. The man is an utter failure on so many levels.
