LawFact of the Day: Wills and Estates

Here is your daily LawFact from Wise Law for Thursday August 2, 2018.

Today we are talking about Wills and Estates.

A Last Will must provide adequately for all dependents who relied on the testator for financial support. Eligible dependents include a child, parent, spouse, or domestic partner.

If such dependents are not adequately provided for by a Will, the Court can order the Estate to pay support.
