Wise Law's Employment #LawFact of the Day: Can I get my job back if I have been fired?
Under Ontario law, reinstatement of non-unionized employment can only be required if the termination was discriminatory, the termination was an unlawful reprisal to a workplace safety, employment standards, or similar statutory complaint.
Unionized employee may have additional protections.
