The Lawyer's Weekly: Social Media Postings Creating a Litigation 'Gold Mine'
BY SIMRAN BAKSHI, ASSOCIATE LAWYERI was recently interviewed by Lawyer's Weekly correspondent Kim Arnott regarding the impact that social media can have in family law litigation.
Given the nature of issues presented in family law, it is really not all that surprising to see social media increasingly relied upon by the Courts as an important tool to better understand the conduct and lifestyle of the litigants involved.
To learn more about how social media is shaping our litigation system today, I would recommend reading this article; Social media postings creating a litigation 'gold mine'.

"The 24"
It was a thrill to be included earlier this week in The 24: Canada's Top Legal Social Media Influencers from Lawyers Weekly.
Many thanks to writers Warren Smith and Jordan Furlong for this real honour.
Check out their list and by all means, follow the whole group on Twitter for a wide variety of takes on current issues, events, news, and opinions affecting the legal profession and often, all Canadians.
