Here are 4 ways you may be able to challenge your employment
contract:
First, how and when the contract is signed is critical. If
it was signed after you already started at your job, it may not be enforceable.
Second, if you job has changed from the one you previously contracted
for, it may no longer be enforceable.
Third, if there’s a termination provision in the contract
that limits your entitlements, you should get some legal advice as that may not
be enforceable.
And finally, if there’s a non-compete or non-solicitation
provision included, it may be invalid and you should get some legal advice on
that as well.
